This privacy policy explains how MODR (“we”, “us”) processes personal data when you visit modr.se or contact us.

Controller: MODR. Company registration number and postal address will be completed before general launch. Contact: hello@modr.se.

Data we may process: name, email address, and message content when you email us; technical data required to deliver the website (e.g. security logs from hosting); and — if you accepted analytics cookies — usage statistics via Google Analytics (e.g. page views, approximate region, and device type).

Purposes: responding to enquiries, providing the website, improving the site from aggregated statistics, and protecting our systems. Legal bases include legitimate interest and/or steps prior to a contract; Google Analytics requires your consent via the cookie banner.

Retention: email conversations are kept as long as needed for the dialogue and thereafter under ordinary business practice. Hosting logs follow provider defaults. Analytics data follows Google’s retention settings for measurement ID G-15WLMLHZS1.

Sharing: we use infrastructure providers (e.g. Vercel) as processors. With consent, usage data is shared with Google (Google Analytics). We do not sell your data.

Your rights: you may request access, rectification, erasure, or objection under applicable data protection law by contacting hello@modr.se. You can also change cookie choice by clearing the site’s stored consent in your browser.
